When Matomo is the better pick
You need a general-purpose analytics platform across several non-WordPress properties, a built-in tag manager, or granular visitor-log forensics and custom dimensions. Matomo is more of a Google-Analytics-scale toolkit.
When GrowVia is the better pick
Your site is WordPress, the store is WooCommerce, and you’d rather not stand up and maintain a second application. You want funnels, profit and client reporting where you already work.
Switching
